Where does the AI get its answers?
From documents you upload — service manuals, tech notes, internal SOPs, manufacturer guides. The AI only cites from your library. It won't make up answers from the open internet, and every response shows you which page or document it came from. If your KB doesn't cover a question, the AI says so instead of guessing.
What if the photo isn't great?
The AI tells the tech what's missing — "can't read the model number, please reshoot" or "need a clearer view of the display." It won't guess on a blurry photo. If the question can be answered from the description alone (no photo needed), it answers that way.
Does the customer see the AI's answer?
