Custom Point of Sale Software

Off-the-shelf registers are built for a generic shop. If your counter runs on member pricing, garment tickets, split tabs or a kitchen screen, we build the register around that instead.

What It Can Do

Every app is built to your business, so this is a starting point, not a feature list you have to accept.

  • Your pricing rulesMember and guest prices, per-garment pricing, add-ons, discounts that need a manager, whatever your counter actually charges.
  • Card, cash and split paymentsCards on a Dejavoo terminal or a pay link the customer opens on their phone, plus cash, split payments, voids and receipts.
  • Kitchen or back-room screenOrders land on a screen in the back with the note and how long each one has waited. No printer.
  • Tickets, tags and receiptsPrint claim tags, ticket numbers and receipts from the same screen the order was taken on.
  • Works without internetA counter app can run wired on the counter, so a dropped connection doesn't stop a sale.
  • Staff and time clockStaff sign in with their own code, and the same app keeps the time clock.

Where We've Built It

Real builds, not mockups.

Worth Building If

  • Your register can't handle the way you price, so staff work around it.
  • You pay for a POS plus two or three add-ons that don't talk to each other.
  • Orders have to reach a kitchen, a back room or a second location.

Common Questions

Can a custom POS use my existing card terminal?

It depends on the terminal. Our till runs cards on Dejavoo terminals today, and can also send a pay link. We check your terminal and processor on the discovery call before quoting.

How much does custom point of sale software cost?

Builds start at $500 and the scope sets the rest. You get a fixed price before we start, so the number doesn't move once the build begins.

What happens if the internet goes down?

We can build the counter app to keep working offline and catch up when the connection comes back. Tell us how your counter is wired and we design for it.
