Delete Your Corex AI Account

This page explains how to delete your account for Corex AI, the app and website run by Corex AI (corexai.co), and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete It In The App Or On The Website

1. Sign in to the Corex AI app, or to corexai.co in a browser.
2. Open the menu and tap Account.
3. Under Delete My Account, follow the steps and confirm.

Most accounts type DELETE to confirm. Sales and partner accounts send a request instead, because they can have payouts still owed, and the Corex team deletes them within 7 days.

If you can't sign in, email mitch@corexai.co from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and delete the account within 7 days.

What Is Deleted

• If you work for a business, or your account isn't part of a business: your login, name, email address, phone number and profile are deleted right away.
• If you sell for Corex or are a Corex partner: the Corex team deletes the same details within 7 days of your request.
• If you own the business: billing stops the same day, you're signed out, your team loses access, and your AI receptionist and automated texts stop. After 30 days your login, customers, jobs, invoices, photos, messages and team are permanently deleted.

What Is Kept, And For How Long

• A business owner's data is kept for 30 days after deletion so a mistake can be undone. Email us within those 30 days to restore it.
• If you work for a business that uses Corex, the jobs, notes and time entries you worked on belong to that business and stay with it.
• If your business signed up through a Corex sales rep, it stays closed but isn't fully deleted until that rep's commission records are settled. Email us and we'll confirm when it's gone.
• Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are kept by Stripe as the law requires.
