# Corex AI > Corex is a CRM, payments and AI front office for home-service businesses (appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, lawn care). Owners can run it from their AI assistant through a remote MCP server. ## Connect an agent - MCP endpoint (streamable HTTP): https://corexai.co/api/mcp - Auth: OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE ("Sign in with Corex"; metadata at https://corexai.co/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource), or an agent key sent as `Authorization: Bearer cxag_...`. Owners make keys under Settings, then Connected Agents. - Every connection is tied to one business. Owners can set it read-only, and disconnect it at any time. ## Tools ### Ask (Reads only. Nothing changes.) - `office_summary`: Today's jobs, who has not paid, jobs waiting on parts, and tech pay owed. - `what_did_i_miss`: New customer messages and new customers from the last day, or up to a week. - `find_customer`: Find a customer by name, phone, email or address. - `list_jobs`: Jobs for any dates, by status or tech, or every job for one customer. - `tech_pay_report`: What each tech is owed right now, after the cash he is holding. - `agent_activity`: Everything your agents did, newest first. ### Change (Logged, with Undo while nobody has changed the same thing since.) - `save_customer`: Add a customer or fix their details. - `book_job`: Book a job and text the tech, like the office does. - `update_job`: Move a job, reassign it, mark it done, or flag waiting on parts. - `mark_paid`: Record cash, check, card, Zelle or Venmo. A payment that closes a card link can't be undone. - `undo_action`: Take back a change an agent made, if nobody changed the same thing since. ### Send (Drafted first and shown to you. Sent texts can't be undone.) - `draft_text`: Write a text to a customer and show it to you. - `send_text`: Send the draft you approved. - `send_pay_link`: Make a card payment link for a job and draft the text that carries it. ## Rules for agents - Call `office_summary` first. It names the business and today's state. - Customer texts are two steps: `draft_text` (or `send_pay_link`) makes a draft; show it to the owner word for word and call `send_text` only after they say send. - Changes return an action id (also listed by `agent_activity`). If the owner says undo, call `undo_action` with it. Undo refuses when someone changed the same thing since, and sent texts, payment links and payments that closed a card link cannot be undone; say so plainly. - Dates are YYYY-MM-DD in the business's time zone. Booking windows are morning, afternoon or any. To act on "the Ortiz job", call `list_jobs` with customer "Ortiz" to get its job id. - A tool error message is written for the owner. Relay it rather than retrying blindly. - If a tool says the connection can only read, tell the owner: they can turn off read-only, or connect with a Full key, under Settings, then Connected Agents. ## Setup guides - Siri: Save your Corex business number in Contacts as "Corex Office". Say "Hey Siri, text Corex Office" and then the job, like "book Maria Lopez Thursday morning, dryer not heating, give it to Dani". Corex books it, texts the tech, and texts you the booking. Siri reads the reply out loud if you ask it to read your messages. - Claude: In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, choose Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Corex, paste https://corexai.co/api/mcp, and choose Continue. Claude finds the sign-in on its own; leave its choices as they are and choose Add. Choose Connect, sign in with your Corex login if asked, check the business shown, then Allow. - ChatGPT: In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps and Connectors, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode. Choose Create app, paste https://corexai.co/api/mcp, and pick OAuth for sign-in. Sign in with your Corex login, pick your business, then Allow. - Grok: Go to grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector, then Custom. Paste https://corexai.co/api/mcp. Sign in with your Corex login when it asks. If it asks for a token instead, make a Full key on your Connected Agents page and paste that. - Meta Muse: Start a chat and say: "Create a custom connector for Corex. It is a hosted MCP server over streamable HTTP at https://corexai.co/api/mcp." When Muse asks how to sign in, choose Sign in with Corex. If it asks for a header, make a Full key on your Connected Agents page and give it Authorization: Bearer and the key. - OpenClaw: Make a Full key on your Connected Agents page and copy it. Run: openclaw mcp add corex --url https://corexai.co/api/mcp --transport streamable-http --header "Authorization=Bearer YOUR_KEY" OpenClaw checks the connection before saving and lists the Corex tools. - Claude Code And Developer Tools: Make a Full key on your Connected Agents page. Run: claude mcp add --transport http corex https://corexai.co/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY" Other tools: point them at https://corexai.co/api/mcp with the same Authorization header. ## Pages - [Works with your AI](https://corexai.co/ai-agents): what assistants can do in Corex, safeguards, setup steps - [Corex skill](https://corexai.co/ai-agents/SKILL.md): a SKILL.md for Claude, Grok and OpenClaw - [Corex CRM](https://corexai.co/crm): the CRM - [AI receptionist](https://corexai.co/ai-receptionist): the AI phone receptionist - [Pricing](https://corexai.co/pricing): plans and modules
